【Registration Fees】

• Inclusions : Fees cover session access, conference materials, delegate bag, Ice-Breaker reception, daily lunches and dinner ticket, and coffee breaks. 
• Student Rate: Valid proof of full-time student status (e.g., Student ID, enrollment certificate) is required during online registration.

Online payment can be completed through the official conference registration system. The system utilizes PayPal as the primary payment gateway, which supports major international credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express).

【Cancellation Policy】

All cancellations must be made in writing via email to the local organizing committee at icfg2027@csu.edu.cn

Refunds for registration fees will be processed strictly in accordance with the following timeline:

100% Refund: Before 23:59 on March 1, 2027 (GMT + 8).

50% Refund: Before 23:59 on March 31, 2027 (GMT + 8).

No Refund: After 23:59 on March 31, 2027 (GMT + 8). No refunds will be provided after this date.

Note: All bank charges, remittance fees, or administrative processing costs incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

• How to Apply: Select tthe "Invitation Letter" option and fill in your details during online registration.
• Issuance: Electronic Invitation Letters (PDF) will be emailed to you once your registration and payment are successfully completed. 
• Visa Application:  Please initiate your visa application 2-3 months prior to the conference. Contact us early if your jurisdiction requires a special government-authorized TE form.
