Registration Fees
Registration fees include access to scientific sessions, conference materials, a delegate bag, the icebreaker reception, daily lunches, one conference dinner ticket, and coffee breaks.
Student registration requires valid proof of full-time student status during online registration.
Payment Methods
Online payment: complete payment through the official registration system. PayPal is the primary gateway and supports major international credit cards.Bank transfer: bank details are to be announced. Participants are responsible for transfer fees. Please include [Your Name] + ICFG 2027 in the payment reference and email the receipt to icfg2027@csu.edu.cn.
Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund for cancellation received before 23:59 (GMT+8) on 1 March 2027.
- 50% refund for cancellation received before 23:59 (GMT+8) on 31 March 2027.
- No refund after 23:59 (GMT+8) on 31 March 2027.
- Bank, remittance, and administrative charges will be deducted from the refund.
Visa and Invitation Letters
Select the “Invitation Letter” option during online registration. An electronic invitation letter (PDF) will be emailed after registration and payment have been successfully completed. Begin the visa application two to three months before the conference and contact the Secretariat early if a government-authorized invitation form is required.
